Feminist Impact Prize Award Ceremony
The presentation of the Feminist Impact Prize will take place this year at Tolhuistuin on 13 December. The Feminist Culture Fund Gender & Science seeks to promote the societal impact of academic research, while also recognising the transformative power of feminist research conducted outside universities.
The Feminist Impact Prize is awarded every two years to a feminist or gender-sensitive cultural work intended to reach a broad audience. This may be a book, documentary or film, exhibition, podcast, or another form of public-facing work.
This year, the following works have been nominated for the FIP 2026:
- Aletta de Musical: a musical by Theater Oostpool
- Enfin, Barbin: a theatre production by Marleen Hendrickx
- Kijk es naar al dat licht: a novel by Alara Adilow
- Leve de Feeks:a music album by Merol (Merel Baldé)
- Wildbloei: a cabaret performance by Valentina Tóth
Be surprised and inspired by five compelling cultural works that embrace a bold and distinctive feminism. Through song, dance, words and music, they challenge rigid boundaries and celebrate light, flourishing, knowledge and beauty.
Devika Partiman will host the event. Jury chair Xandra Schutte will announce the winner and explain the reasons behind the jury’s decision. Marjorie Boston of Right About Now, winner of the 2024 Feminist Impact Prize, will present the FIP 2026 award.

The fund does so by providing financial support to causes and initiatives selected by the fund itself.
The Feminist Impact Prize (FIP) is organised by FC Gender & Science in collaboration with Atria, the Institute on Gender Equality and Women’s History.
