Come sing along every first Monday of the month in Tolhuistuin and support Musicians Without Borders!
Let's Sing for Social Change, and support a great organization that has been using the power of music for social change in war zones for 25 years. Experience the power of singing together: with each other, for yourself, and for the other. Especially now.
The last edition of 'Sing for Social Change' in 2024 will be extra festive. World women's choir Tell Mama We're Late will sing for us and alongside us. And Otto de Jong - musician, conductor, trainer and workshop leader - is our guest musician. He is guaranteed to sweep you away with his boundless enthusiasm and lovingly shares some of his rich anecdotes about his years of experience working for Musicians Without Borders.
You don't need any experience - everyone who enjoys singing is welcome in the vocal circle! The evenings are led by Nicoline Snaas. She has years of experience as a singer, teacher, workshop leader and conductor. Nicoline will be assisted by various guest musicians, making every evening a unique experience!
Benefit event
We sing in support of Musicians Without Borders. An NGO that has been using the power of music for 25 years to bring about social change in conflict and war zones and to promote an inclusive, just society. Musicians Without Borders’ musical programs provide comfort, unite and connect. In addition, they inspire musicians all over the world to make a difference in their own community. Every evening we highlight one of the different programs. Let's Sing for Social Change!
