Met slechts een paar uitgebrachte singles weet de Londense post-punkband DEADLETTER zichzelf al helemaal op de kaart te zetten en een titel als nieuwste post-punksensatie te bemachtigen. De band maakt nummers over de donkere kant van het bestaan en is daarbij niet bang om dat in te kleuren met politieke satire die verwijst naar cultuur, filosofie en film. Het is een georganiseerde chaos met grillige gitaarriffs, hevige saxofoonstoten en dreigende baslijnen.
