De Noorse pop singer-songwriter Dagny komt naar Tolhuistuin. Dagny, oftewel de 32-jarige Dagny Norvoll Sandvik uit Oslo, maakt vrolijke elektronische pop en draait al een tijdje mee in de muziekindustrie. Niet alleen scoorde ze miljoenen streams met haar hits ‘Backbeat’ en ‘Drink About’, maar schreef ze ook mee aan tracks van sterren als Katy Perry. Ze won in haar thuisland al meerdere Spellemannprisen Awards, de Noorse variant van de Grammy’s, en nu Dagny een solide voet aan de grond heeft gekregen in Scandinavië, staat ook de verovering van de rest van het Europese continent op haar agenda.
