De uit Gotenburg afkomstige artiest Albin Lee Meldau maakt toegankelijke, soulvolle popmuziek. Naar eigen zeggen is zijn muziek beïnvloed door verschillende artiesten: het gemompel van Sonia Hedenbratt, het gehuil van The Wailers, de stem van Otis Redding en de poëzie van Bob Dylan. Eerder bracht hij ook een plaat uit in zijn moedertaal Zweeds. Na succes in zijn thuisland verovert hij nu steeds meer harten daarbuiten.
