Due to a large private event the restaurant wil be closed on June 9th and 10th.

Mon till Sun 12:00 - 00:00

Lunch is served every day from 12:00 - 16:00.
Dinner:
Sun & Mon 17:30 - 21:00
Tue - Sat 17:30 - 22:00

We only accept electronic payments, no cash. You can make a reservation via the button you see on the right side of the screen.

THT can be found at the pavilion of de Tolhuistuin. The menu consists of small dishes with influences from all over the world that invite you to share. This way it is possible to make a long culinary journey of exploration. But for the ones who are in transit to their next destination there is also enough to discover.

Would you like to dine with us with a group? Please contact reserveren@tht.nl. With 12 or more guest we recommend a group menu. If the group is 15 or more people, it is obligatory.
Short Explanation
At the restaurant, we serve smaller-plate dishes which are all meant to be shared. The group menu is served per round and is completely vegetarian.

Round 2:
Flammküchen with “chicken”, cranberry, crème fraiche, gruyere cheese and musterd mayonnaise
Indian Dahl made from yellow split peas with vegan yogurt
Surinam pom made from tayerturnip with piccalilli sambal and sweet and sour cauliflour
Round 3:
Smoky chipotle kidney bean chili with roasted vegetables, dark chocolate, lime, cilantro and tortilla chips
Ravioli filled with lemon ricotta, served with Parmesan cheese and sage butter
Smash burger on a brioche with unagi and garlic sauce and pickles
Round 1
Pani puri filled with jackfruit, panang curry, and a coconut-peanut crunch
Mozzarella made in Amsterdam with crispy chili oil, carpaccio of sweet potato and peperoncino
Truffle potato salad with mustard, black garlic glaze, and kale chips

The sun is coming out, and the days are getting longer, so it's time for THT at Sea again.

On the north bank of the IJ, our sun-drenched terrace is open again, and together we are ready to usher in the summer. When the weather permits, settle down in the afternoon or early evening for the tastiest street food or a refreshing drink accompanied by soulful music to end the day or start your evening.
